Returns & Exchanges
Print-on-Demand Products: Since all our products are made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or damaged. Please make sure to double-check your order details, including size, color, and design, before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We will require photos of the defective or damaged product, along with your order number, name, and email address. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will either send you a replacement item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
Incorrect Orders: If you received the wrong item or if your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will correct the mistake at no additional cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or exchange for a damaged or defective item, please contact us with the following information:

- Your email (email used for order placement)
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days with further instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us with the details of your exchange request.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that custom items, including all print-on-demand products, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective.
